Indoor climbing is the perfect introduction to the world of climbing. It's accessible, fun, sociable and you never get rained off. Indoor climbing is a full body and mind workout. Many also develop climbing wall skills so they can safely supervise others at a climbing wall. No previous climbing experience required.
Enjoy a day climbing outdoors. Discover Rock Climbing is ideal for those with little or no experience. There will be lots of instruction throughout the day but the focus is on climbing, bouldering and belaying. You'll develop safe climbing habits and build confidence in your own ability.
Are you ready to make the transition from indoors or start pushing your grade? This course is aimed at people with some experience of climbing who want to improve their movement skills, develop their ropework skills and learn about traditional protection. You'll be able to confidently setup anchor systems, second lead climbers and practice self rescue.
Start leading your own climbs and placing your own protection. This course is all about learning trad climbing skills, building anchors, belay technique and placing protection. We'll also spend time developing your climbing movement and introduce physiological strategies.
Our Instructors are members of the Mountain Training Association. We regularly attend workshops to continue our own personal development.
